When you place an order, make a catering inquiry, or reserve a pop-up dinner, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery or event address, and order details. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we never store your card number.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order or event
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and pickup reminders
• To follow up on catering inquiries and coordinate event logistics
• To check for allergy history and flag it to Chef before your order
• To send occasional updates if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time)

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

We use the following services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Typeform — catering inquiry forms
• Vercel — website hosting

Data retention

We retain order and customer records to maintain accurate history and support re-orders. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g., your cart session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
